Chris Adney

Approved Provider, Relief & Maintenance

Chris has over 13 years experience in the sector in varying roles within the business from the Cook, Educator, Co-ordinator and Maintenance Man. With experience in all areas of the business, he is able to understand what each role entails and how to support the team. I have enjoyed developing a service that is purpose built and works for children and educators and makes their day to day functional. My goal is to provide a service where children, families and educators are nurtured, respected and valued. Although my role has changed throughout the years, I have spent a lot of time professionally developing myself and our wonderful team to be able to deliver the highest quality of care and education for our early learners.

Laurence has been working in the sector for almost 30 years providing administration support and technology advances to improve efficiencies in the office and classrooms. I enjoy working along side my family (wife and children) to provide a safe and nurturing space for the children in our community. I am mostly involved in the back-end of our service and administrative duties but love attending our community events.

Chantal Adney

Chantal has been the financial accountant for over 15 years within the family business. She is the one who supports the team with budgets, project planning and making sure all administration and documentation is carried out to the highest standard. Accounting is my love! I am one of those odd ones who loves numbers and making budgets to improve our service. Everything we do is driven to benefit our community, families and educators. I enjoy making sure we always have enough funds for exciting new resources and training our wonderful team as well as making sure the service is always well maintained and not lacking in an area.
